You'll be reminded 10 min before the live session begins via email again.

2. A pair of yoga blocks
3. A yoga strap
How to prepare?
1. Ready your device with camera turns on and audio connected.
2. Get an angle that can show your full body (either side or front view)
3. Click the Google Meet link (via the email or login to nas.io) 10 min before the live session begins.
Remark: You will be admitted into the session 10 min before we begin.
What to take note?
1. If you have past or current medical condition, please inform before the session begins as some poses might not suitable for every body.
2. If you are unable to join the live yoga last minute, please cancel your reservation. So that we shall carry on the session without waiting you.
3. Please be informed that every participant in the live yoga has to turn on the camera, to ensure everyone practices yoga safely at own space.
4. We have the right to remove you from the live yoga session if you chose not to turn on the camera.
5. Every live yoga will be recorded and you will not be shared publicly without your consent.
