This program is inspired by my training plans from 2016-17 off season.
The Blueprint is divided into 3 Phases -

Phase 2 - Advance Basics [4 Weeks]
Phase 3 - Scoring [4 Weeks]
Covering every aspect of your batting. It will take 2 hours to complete practice of the day , depending upon the skill level.
