ODC / Mental Health @ Work - Talk with Rahul Mittal, the Co Founder of The Mind Pill

On World Mental Health Day, One Design Community is excited to announce our collaboration with The Mind Pill . We understand the importance of taking care of our mental health, especially in the workplace. Our collaboration aims to help our group of designers seek help when needed.

Join us for our first event, a talk with The Mind Pill's Co-Founder, Rahul Mittal, who is also a psychologist. He will guide us through various workplace scenarios and their association with mental health.
