The 3-Day Heart Poetry Challenge is not a casual exercise. It is an invitation — a summons from God Himself — to step away from the noise of the world and return to the place where all authentic journeys begin: within the heart. Before any outward work can honor God, the inward man must awaken, must listen, and must be willing to confront truth.

These three days are designed to bring you into that sacred place — the place where God speaks, where truth is revealed, and where healing becomes possible.
You will not approach this challenge as a writer seeking perfection, nor as a poet performing for applause. You come as a vessel, as one seeking to be known of God and to know Him. Your pen becomes the instrument He uses to expose, to confront, and to heal the places you have avoided. Poetry becomes a language of the Spirit, and your heart becomes the page on which God writes.
This challenge rests on three pillars:
DAY 1 — Finding Your Voice Before God
Every journey with God begins inward. Before the world ever hears you, God must hear you. Today you silence the lie that says, “I am not a poet,” and allow the truth of who you are to surface. You write without fear, without performance, letting your heart speak plainly before the One who already knows you.
DAY 2 — Healing Words Through Scripture and Prayer
The Word of God exposes what the flesh tries to bury. Today you allow scripture to become the fire that reveals what needs healing and the balm that begins to restore it. Your poem becomes a prayer — a confession, a plea, or a surrender — as God begins to deal with the inward places.
DAY 3 — Sharing as an Act of Light
What God reveals is not meant to be hidden. Today you release your poem, not to be admired but to bring light, hope, and connection. Sharing is an act of obedience; it is the exposing of truth to the body of Christ for edification and healing. Your vulnerability becomes someone else’s breakthrough.
This 3-day journey is small in number but great in purpose. It is an awakening — a stirring of the soul — and a gentle but firm call from the Spirit to come inside, to listen, and to allow God to speak.
If you lean in with humility, these three days will mark you. They will begin a journey within, where the true work of God is done.
Rewards coming soon.
