What to Expect:
This challenge is designed to target your Lower body, and overall calorie burn. While focusing on the lower body, we'll also aim to reduce overall body fat percentage.



Guidelines:


  • Engage in the daily exercise routine.
  • Limit fried foods to once a week or eliminate them altogether.
  • Indulge in desserts like mithai or chikki no more than once a week.
  • Avoid liquid calories such as juices, cocktails, and alcohol whenever possible.


Please note that these guidelines are general and may need adjustment based on individual factors such as age, medical conditions, and lifestyle.
