Hi, my name is Leah and I created Not ONE More Day while ending a 25-year abusive marriage to a covert narcissist. I am not a therapist or coach, but a real survivor who has learned solid insights into narcissism and how to break free.

Not ONE More Day is an online space that supports people who are in, or healing from, narcissistic and emotional abuse. It offers clear insights, practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-style tools, and small, realistic steps to help them understand what is happening, stop blaming themselves, and feel safer and stronger in their daily lives.

I offer both free and paid tools here so that you can walk away with something helpful and inspirational regardless of your budget. This is a new space and I will continuously be adding new tools and resources, so feel free to check back and message me about anything you would like to see here!
