What this challenge is

A short, structured reset to help you:

  • notice self-blame as it happens
  • challenge it with a simple CBT tool
  • replace it with self-validation + safety

What you need

  • A notes app or printed worksheets
  • 5–10 minutes per day (plus quick “in the moment” tracking)
  • A private journal or a check-in group thread

Ground rules (non-negotiable)

  1. Do the minimum on hard days. Consistency beats intensity.
  2. No “perfect tracking.” One entry is a win.
  3. Facts over stories. Track what happened, not what you assume it means.
  4. No self-punishment. If you miss a day, restart where you are—no shame tax.
  5. This is not therapy. If this brings up intense trauma, panic, or you feel unsafe, pause and get real support.
