◼️ Watching any movie, tv show, YouTube video etc. not related to your study or work
◼️ Listening to music (even if it is in the background)
◼️ Listening to podcast (even if it is in the background)
◼️ Scrolling on any social media/media site including Instagram, Pintrest, Quora, Reddit etc.
🔸 What does not counts as entertainment activity/what is allowed?
◼️ Video lectures/work tutorials where you are actively engaged, interacting with the material and taking notes
◼️ Phone calls/video meetings of any length
◼️ Reading (even on screens)
◼️ Working/studying on the screens
◼️ Guided meditation/guided journaling
This is a pay what you want challenge. I wanted to keep it accessible for all without a barrier to entry, so there are no fixed fees. You can pay what you feel is appropriate.
Having said that, the completion rates for free workshops/courses/challenges are way lower than the paid ones. While we like free things we subconsciously don't value them as much. So I would recommend pay enough that you will yourself value it.
