With over six years of experience in public speaking and training, he helps individuals and organizations harness the power of humor, confidence, and resilience to improve communication, build stronger teams, and create lasting impact.

In addition to his work as a speaker and coach, Morris is a supervisor in the concrete industry, overseeing more than 80 drivers, developing international training materials, and promoting a safe, high-performing workplace. His professional background also includes photography, videography, and IT support, giving him a unique ability to communicate through both visuals and storytelling.

Morris is also a certified pilot, combining his love for aviation with his passion for adventure and growth. Outside of work, he actively volunteers in his community, supports local charities, and brings joy to others through his signature blend of humor and positivity.
