






The challenge isn’t about proving anything to anyone.
It’s about the experience of becoming comfortable with discomfort.
You can’t fully live or create in any area of your life if you keep doing the same habitual things over and over again. Comfort suffocates creativity. Habit keeps you small and stalls progress. Novelty, instability, and the boldness to disrupt yourself and make a difference are what bring creativity and progress completely alive again and again, at higher levels.
When you set an intention to make an impact beyond yourself, and you consciously choose to show up, regardless of discomfort, and stay present through the stretch, you instantly realize discomfort isn’t a warning. It’s an invitation.
An invitation for another version of you to step into the game: one that allows growth and progress. And you begin to see this clearly: the concern, worry, or fear of an experience is rarely the experience itself.
Many times what we project and imagine is heavy. What we live through is real, and often far more spacious and spontaneously adventurous than expected.
This challenge is about inviting different versions of yourself, and discovering what becomes possible when you say YES first…and then find so many ways.
Investment
The financial investment is just 36 EUR per person for the full 12 weeks. Of course it is about far more than money.
