Todos hemos sentido alguna vez que nuestras emociones nos sobrepasan, y hemos terminado reaccionando de maneras que no queríamos. Quizá eso se ha manifestado como enojo, frustración, estrés, ansiedad, o desesperación. La verdad es que a nadie nos enseñaron cómo gestionar nuestras emociones, y hemos absorbido ideas que nos llevan a no sentir, a desconectarnos, a adormecernos para no enfrentar lo que sentimos. Pero esto no nos ayuda y, definitivamente, no nos permite vivir de manera plena y feliz.

Por eso quiero invitarte a ser parte de Mindset Ninjas, una comunidad donde juntos aprenderemos a entender, manejar y dominar nuestra mente y nuestros pensamientos para poder elegir cómo queremos sentirnos cada día. Los pensamientos son la raíz de nuestras emociones; si queremos elegir la felicidad, debemos saber elegir los pensamientos que nos llevan ahí.

We've all felt at times that our emotions overwhelm us, leading us to react in ways we didn't intend. This might have shown up as anger, frustration, stress, anxiety, or even despair. The truth is, no one ever taught us how to manage our emotions, and we've absorbed ideas that lead us to avoid feeling, to disconnect, to numb ourselves so we don't face what we're feeling. But this doesn't help us, and it certainly doesn’t allow us to live fully and happily.

That's why I want to invite you to join Mindset Ninjas, a community where, together, we'll learn to understand, manage, and master our minds and thoughts so we can choose how we want to feel each day. Thoughts are the root of our emotions; if we want to choose happiness, we need to know how to choose the thoughts that lead us there.
