This series of meditation builds on the 6-week taster with 4 mornings a week with each having a dedicated theme. These vary and includes:
- focus on self-love, compassion, acceptance; Breath; Concentration; Pain Relief; Tension Release; Affirmations; Mantra/chant creation; Rebalancing your Energy/Chakras healing; Focusing on a particular problem; visualisation; Clearing, mindfulness and more.

Mondays: Mindfulness Meditation - Setting Intentions
Join us for a live mindfulness meditation session to set intentions for the week. This session will include guided breathing exercises, body scan, and a mindful moment of reflection. By participating, you'll benefit from increased focus, clarity, and a sense of purpose to tackle the week ahead
Wednesday: Breathwork. These sessions are aimed to help you feel more empowered and in control by carefully attuning to the power of your breath. We practice chants and the range of breath work (belly breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8 and relaxation breathing etc), which provide you with greater sense of clarity, confidence and purpose.
Thursday: We focus of healing through storytelling, chakra and energy balancing. We will learn the art of working with crystals and using meditation for deep cleansing and releasing of pain and trauma.
Saturday: Start your day with a live loving-kindness meditation session, focusing on cultivating compassion and kindness towards yourself and others. This session will include guided visualization, affirmations, and a heart-centered meditation. By taking part, you'll experience increased empathy, self-love, and a sense of connection to those around you.
Sunday: Recorded Session - Guided Visualization for relaxation:
Enjoy a pre-recorded guided visualization meditation for stress relief and relaxation. This session will transport you to a peaceful environment, helping you release tension and anxiety. By listening, you'll benefit from reduced stress levels, improved mood, and enhanced relaxation.
These sessions encourage you to be consistent in your meditation practice. Working with a community is deeply motivating and inspiring. Try to attend all sessions to experience the full benefits of this meditation schedule.
