A 90‑minute Surf Your Energy Wave Session is a deep, one‑to‑one space for witchy, highly sensitive ADHDers who feel overwhelmed, drained by other people’s energy, or “not in control” of their own life and emotions.​

In this session you receive:

• Gentle, trauma‑aware space holding
  A calm, non‑judgmental space to bring whatever is present right now – overwhelm, confusion, emotional flooding, relationship or work stress, spiritual questions, or feeling stuck and scattered.​
• Energy and nervous‑system support
  We explore what is yours and transform it with simple, grounded energy tools to help you feel more centered, less overloaded, and more in your own body again.​
• Intuitive guidance for witchy, neurodivergent brains
  Together we untangle the “busy loud head”, overthinking and self‑doubt, so you can hear your own inner voice more clearly and take the next small, doable steps that actually fit your rhythm.​
• Practical next steps you can integrate
  You leave with a few soft, realistic practices or reflections tailored to you – no rigid routines, no pressure to perform, just tools that support your waves in everyday life.​
  

This session is ideal if you want focused, individual support beyond the membership, or if you are meeting Mei’s work for the first time and want a deep taste of what it’s like to be truly seen and held as a witchy, highly sensitive ADHDer.​

• Priority access to session slots and a consistent container that holds you while you integrate change in real life.​

Retainers give you a committed energetic container, so your system can relax into the knowing that you are held over time, not just for a single moment, and that you stay connected to Mei’s energy and support throughout the entire period – in sessions and via messenger check‑ins.

How the first session counts

This first 90‑minute Surf Your Energy Wave Session is a full, standalone session – it is not a discovery call. You receive the complete experience, with space holding, guidance and any practices or reflections that arise.​

If you decide during or after this session that you want to move into a retainer:

• This first session automatically becomes the first session of your chosen retainer.
• You only pay the difference between what you already paid for this session (220 €) and the full price of the retainer.
  

For example:
If you choose the 3‑month retainer (1,260 €) after your first session, the 220 € you already paid are credited, and you receive a second invoice for 1,040 €.
