*Set your intentions to make healthy nourishing choices that feed your body with life giving vitality, to move your body to feel more alive & energized, and rest your mind for clarity and connection with your soul.

*Create space in your home for 15 mins of movement, Journaling, and meditation.

*Fill your kitchen with salads, fruits, vegetables, and drink your water.

*Set a bedtime that gives you ample healing sleep.​
