Guided therapy and community support for women facing Mother Hunger. Join this community to name, learn from, and heal your emotional wounds.

Having grown up in a household with abuse and absentee parents, Jen understands the impact - and transformation - that is possible through therapy, specifically from the Mother Hunger body of research. Mother Hunger, researched by Kelly McDaniel, unearths the lifelong impact of unmet needs for protection, nurturance, and guidance in childhood. These impacts can affect intimate relationships, female friendships, conflict resolution, motivation, and sense of worth. Jen hosts individual and group sessions to help you identify and release this disenfranchised grief, fostering trust and love in you in a way a parent was not able to offer you.
