Welcome — I’m genuinely glad you’re here.

I’m Alexandre (aka The Millennial Nomad), and I created LifeDesignOS because I’ve been exactly where you are.

Wanting to travel more.
Wanting more freedom.
Feeling overwhelmed by information, tools, and “do this next” advice.
Trying to make work, life, and passion fit together without burning out.

What changed everything for me wasn’t motivation or hustle.

It was systems.

Simple systems that reduce mental load, bring clarity, and make it possible to design a life around travel, work, and family — sustainably.
