The answer lies in our lack of preparation and awareness—something we, as parents, can change.

Parents, this is our chance to be your kids' first Mental Coach. Get cozy, and confortable with us as we share tips to boost and unlock their potential together!

In this community, we'll share practical skills, tools, and techniques that educate, empower, and energize both young athletes and parents. We'll break down complex mental barriers through discussions, videos, courses, worksheets and we will have special guests and experts. We will teach and learn at the same time as this journey is a process! We will focus on habits, routines, behaviours, mindset, discipline, purpose, grit, focus and much more.

Our mission is to take a growth approach to the topic, and treat the Mental Training as a Toolkit, ready for whenever in your life you will need it, in and off the field: the secret advantage! Together, we'll build up:
