Take five minutes at the end of each day, grab a pen and paper, and sincerely answer these three questions. It can be more complex the tool if we add the kind of signal as (mental, physical and situational, but for now i will keep it simple).
Starting with this simple exercise, if done consistently, you’ll notice a significant improvement in your self-awareness.
