I’m Paulette Venegas — profesional choreographer, dancer, and a certified Vinyasa & Hatha yoga teacher by YogaRenew.
After more than 20 years devoted to dance and movement, I discovered yoga as a new way of inhabiting myself — from love, calm, and presence.

This is where LaDance was born — a project that weaves together movement, spirituality, freedom, and creativity.

Soy Paulette Venegas, coreógrafa, bailarina contemporánea profesional, maestra certificada de viyansa & hatta yoga por YogaRenew. Después de más de 20 años dedicándome a la danza, al movimiento, descubrí en el yoga una nueva forma de habitarme desde el amor, la calma y la presencia.
