Introducing Splits & Play - my 30-day, proven, step-by-step method to help you unlock your splits. You get to practice at the comfort of your own homes with minimal equipment, between 20-40 mins each day, and pre-recorded videos that you can access on your own time.


Backstory: I used to be the most inflexible person ever 🙈 So trust me when I say - this works. But it also took me years of practice, consistency, and learning what actually makes a difference. Now, I’m sharing everything I know so you can fast-track your progress.

💬 Can I still access the videos after the challenge ends?

Yes, the videos will be available after the challenge ends. I’ll be rolling out new monthly challenges to keep things fresh - so stay tuned for more!


💬 What do I need for the challenge?

A yoga mat, wall space for support, 2 blocks, a pair of socks, a yoga belt (where you can hook and loop). You may need knee pads if you have sensitive knees. Prepare 2 therapy balls for myofascial stretch days. Not to forget..the commitment and willingness to show up and try! 


💬 If I don’t complete the challenge, may I request for a refund?

Unfortunately there will be no refunds once you’ve signed up, so please make sure you’re 100% invested in this 🙂
