I was in a mastermind group discussing about a topic called "FEAR SETTING". There's a lot of "AHA moments" when our trainer was sharing about his experience.
We did some exercise during the discussion, and it was a great experience because we learn how to identify our "internal fears" that has keeping us from getting ahead, and how to deal with it with a proven system.
I'm gonna share a video link, that I've watch from TEDx, where Tim Ferriss was sharing his personal experience with "fear setting" and how it save his life.
After that incident he started writing some best seller books, and one of them is "The 4-Hour Workweek", which quickly became The #1 New York Times Bestseller and International Phenomenon.
Also I've uploaded a simple exercise workbook on "FEAR Setting". Do spend some time to do the exercise. I promise you that this exercise will help you get through your fears and you'll start achieving great success in your endeavors.
