Passover is coming, and let’s be real—you’re busy. Between cleaning, prepping, and everything else, fitness can easily take a backseat. But not this year!


That’s why I created the Passover Countdown Fitness Challenge—a super simple, no-stress challenge to help you stay active, eat well, and feel amazing before the holiday.
