In centralized world errors in scientific publication process are irreversible. If a key article is wrongly published, it may block the entire science For example, Victor Porton discovered ordered semigroup actions https://science.vporton.name/2022/09/09/why-algebraic-theory-of-general-topology-is-super-important/ but published some research in a wrong way (i.e. with a free license and a Russian publisher). Now the entire science is stuck, and worst of all, almost nobody knows about the problem.
This DAO is intended to "unstuck" fundamental (that is having no direct applications and so hard to be used for profit but potentially very useful) science.
