In order to become a better version of ourselves in whatever we do we have to adapt a habit of self discipline to do things repetitively on a regular basis. 

    Martial arts have been helping quite a lot of us through life by boosting up our confidences, keep us motivated, discipline ourselves to do things we love or sometimes we do not like but we still do.
