Instructions

Steps to Join the Challenge

  1. Click on the 'Join Challenge' button to start the registration process.
  2. Enter your email ID or log in using Google by clicking on 'Continue with Google'.
  3. Complete your signup by filling in 'Your Information', 'Membership Details', and 'Payment Details'.
  4. After completing your payment, you'll see a confirmation screen confirming your enrollment in the Challenge.
  5. To access the Challenge, click on the 'Open in App' button.
  6. For challengers who don't have the Nas.io Communities App, you'll be directed to the app store (Android or iOS) to download it.
  7. For challengers who have the 'Nas.io Communities App', you'll now be able to access the challenge.


Daily Check-In Guidelines:

  • Clear and Concise: Briefly describe your progress for the week's task.
  • Actionable Insights: Share any challenges faced or lessons learned.
  • Optional: Include screenshots, charts, or notes to illustrate your progress.



Rewards

Rewards for Top Performers

Participants who successfully complete the New Year, New You Challenge! and achieve outstanding results will be recognized and rewarded.

All participants who complete the challenge will receive a Certificate of Completion and access to the IWD fitness community for ongoing support.
