A Road to Consistency – Start Your New Year in Motion


This New Year, don’t set a resolution you forget. Start a habit you can actually keep. This 7-day challenge is your gentle reset after the festive season — designed to help you move, feel lighter, and build consistency without pressure. Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps each day for 7 consecutive days. Each day comes with a new focus or simple activity, so it never feels boring or repetitive. No matter your fitness level, this challenge is simple, fun, and effective — the perfect way to welcome the New Year with movement, balance, and consistency.

Instructions

Steps to Join the Challenge

  1. Click on the 'Join Challenge' button to start the registration process.
  2. Enter your email ID or log in using Google by clicking on 'Continue with Google'.
  3. Complete your signup by filling in 'Your Information', 'Membership Details', and 'Payment Details'.
  4. After completing your payment, you'll see a confirmation screen confirming your enrollment in the Challenge.
  5. To access the Challenge, click on the 'Open in App' button.
  6. For challengers who don't have the Nas Communities App, you'll be directed to the app store (Android or iOS) to download it.
  7. For challengers who have the 'Nas Communities App', you'll now be able to access the challenge.
  8. Once you sign up for the challenge, look out for a welcome email from Nas.io. The email will also include a link to join the WhatsApp group for daily coordination and updates throughout the challenge.


Daily Check-In Guidelines:

  • Clear and Concise: Briefly describe your progress for the week's task.
  • Actionable Insights: Share any challenges faced or lessons learned.
  • Optional: Include screenshots, charts, or notes to illustrate your progress.

How Winners are Chosen:
Judges will evaluate check-ins based on:

  • Completion of tasks
  • Demonstrated effort and progress
  • Quality of insights shared
  • Adherence to submission guidelines


Rewards for Top Performers

Participants who successfully complete the Challenge and achieve outstanding results will be recognized and rewarded.

All participants who complete the challenge will receive a Certificate of Completion and access to the IWD fitness community for ongoing support.
