Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps each day for 7 consecutive days. Each day comes with a new focus or simple activity, so it never feels boring or repetitive. No matter your fitness level, this challenge is simple, fun, and effective — the perfect way to welcome the New Year with movement, balance, and consistency.
