This challenge is designed to improve your physical activity, mental well-being, energize your body, boost your confidence, and help you build healthy habits and overall health and a way to consistency —all in just 30 minutes a day. No matter your fitness level, this program is fun, simple, and effective.

Daily Check-In Guidelines:
Participants who successfully complete the IWD 7-Day 10,000 Steps Challenge and achieve outstanding results will be recognized and rewarded.
All participants who complete the challenge will receive a Certificate of Completion and access to the IWD fitness community for ongoing support.
