Welcome! 👋 In this form, you’ll answer a series of questions and upload videos/photos of yourself performing different movements. This isn’t just a checklist — it’s my roadmap for creating your personal program and an educational experience for you. Think of it as a private training session. Please set aside up to an hour to complete everything with intention and quality.
How this works:
Each question will have a YouTube video from me explaining:
- How to perform the movement
- What information I need you to upload
- What your result could potentially indicate about your movement

Important Note on Clothing
Please wear clothing that allows me to see your movement clearly and doesn’t restrict your range of motion. I recommend athletic clothing that is snug, stretchy, and comfortable. Clothing that is too stiff or loose may limit your movement or make it harder to get accurate results.
⚠️ Clothing that is obviously obscene or inappropriate will result in termination of your coaching experience.
Good clothing examples include:
- A graphic tee, plain/athletic tee, or athletic tank top (Old Navy, Nike, etc.)
- Opaque leggings (Athleta or other favorite brand)
- Training shorts (Gymshark or another favorite brand)
- Flat barefoot shoes or low-profile running shoes
- A high-coverage sports bra
Poor clothing choices that will give inaccurate results include:
- Military, cowboy, or other bulky boots
- Hyper-squishy, high-profile shoes
- Denim, stiff pants, or restrictive shirts
- Anything obviously revealing and inappropriate (you’re an adult, make good decisions). This may result in the termination of your membersh
💡 Most of your clothing will be fine — just make sure you’re respectful, comfortable, can move freely.

Quick note: If you do not complete the form, you are not eligible for a custom program. This is not just a form, nor is it a simple “upload and go” program builder. This is a comprehensive analysis of your personal movement data that allows me to give you not just any program, but a program that‘s built with a level of precision you only find with premium in-person coaching charging up to $600 and potentially $1000 a month… all for a quarter of that price. You won’t find this level of detail and follow up in any typical fitness coaching system.
How It Works
Each section includes a short YouTube video from me explaining:
It takes me about 3 business days to receive, analyze, build, and send you the program customized specifically for the data you provided in the videos you upload. Follow the instructions in each checkpoint and video, and you will be golden.

Clothing Guidelines

After you upload your own results after each instruction, you will “complete the challenge,” which will tell me that I need to make you a program. I can’t make a program if you don’t finish it, so be sure that you complete it!
