Hey, I’m Iqbal 👋 When I started my career, I was unsure more often than I like to admit. I worked hard, stayed late, tried to do everything right, and still felt invisible at times. I questioned my decisions, worried about expectations I didn’t fully understand, and wondered why effort didn’t always turn into progress. Over the years, my journey took me from a small local organization to regional and global leadership roles, across 30+ countries and five continents. Along the way, I made mistakes, felt pressure, and learned some lessons the hard way. What became clear to me over time was simple: work doesn’t reward effort alone.
