We changed it up a bit for this week's NFTuesday event and chatted with Leen who's a Product Manager at Rarible. We touched on the community marketplaces initiative that she and her team recently launched, interesting projects using the Rarible protocol, NFT royalties, and more.

NFTuesday - 2/14/23

NFTuesday started off with a discussion of the high-level market activity and how ETH is still going strong to start the year off. We then got into updates on projects such as Checks VV Edition from Jack Butcher, Proof Passes, and more. Then Evan finished off by highlighting a couple of brand stories from Adidas and Alo Yoga.

In today's NFTuesday event, we dove into some of the topics shared in our latest newsletter, including a $2M+ open edition from the artist Ness Graphics, Doodles 2 coming to the Flow blockchain, a new drop from RTFKT, and more.

NFTuesday - 1/31/23

For this week's NFTuesday, we talked through how the Ethereum NFT market is still going strong, although much of that can be attributed to the new Sewer Passes from Yuga Labs. Community member Evan Pitchie joined the discussion and asked some great questions and pitched a great way of reframing KYC for NFT projects. And we dove into much, much more in the NFT space.

During this week's NFTuesday, we started with the volatility of the NFT market from a high-level standpoint. Then we talked through the new game from Yuga Labs and its effect on the overall NFT market. That led us down a rabbit hole on the economics of PFP projects, NFT day-trading , and much more.

NFTuesday is back! This time on Twitter Spaces. The overall NFT market is healthy, with numbers looking up across many of the top collections, as well as the new Memeland Captainz collection. But will this mini-bull run last? Tune in to find out.

NFTuesday - 1/10/23

Ethereum sales cracked $100M in the past week for the first time in quite a while. It was driven by Tim Ferriss' project CØCKPUNCH and big increases in BAYC and MAYC sales. We also talked through a Moonbirds teaser, Valhalla's recent rise, the CryptoPunks V1 (wrapped) collection, Sappy Seals making a comeback, and new mints from Ledger, and more.

NFTuesday - 12/13/22

This week, NFT volume was relatively flat across the top blockchains, except for Polygon, which had a massive 395% increase in sales activity. We dug into the recent Blur Airdrop 2, DeGods rumors, and a Decentraliens giveaway. Then we jumped into updates on RTFKT, Azuki, Light Year from generative artist Dimitri Cherniak, a PFP/NFT game project called Pirate Nation, and much more.

NFTuesday - 12/6/22

Solana NFTs saw a large increase in activity this week, led by DeGods, y00ts, and newcomer project Claynosaurz. Otherwise, Yuga Labs projects dominated the top of the charts and news items of the week. We also highlighted updates from KILLABEARS, Friendship Bracelets by Alexis André, CPG, and more. Lastly, we gave some alpha on a very early new project called Adventurers.

NFTuesday - 11/29/22

This week we saw mostly flat numbers, but with a few standout projects like RarePass and Cel Mates. We saw a small uptick in Decentralien sales with a couple of new Treasury swaps from the community. We discussed updates from The Sandbox, Prometheans, Moonbirds, and previewed the upcoming Tim Ferriss NFT project that has, uhh, let's just say a quite unique name.

NFTuesday - 11/22/22

After sales numbers were up last week, they were down across the board this week. NFTs were not spared from the FTX contagion. Prices are down and even Coachella's NFTs are stuck on FTX itself. This week, we also saw CryptoPunks flip Bored Apes, more royalties talk, a controversial project from GODA, and more. Then we talked through some upcoming mints from soccer star Ronaldo and many more.

Sales numbers were mostly up over the past week. ETH was mostly driven by Art Gobblers, which we go deep on. We, once again, talked about royalties since OpenSea unveiled a new way to protect them, but it came with an important caveat. We also touched on an Art Blocks projects, y00ts, LinksDAO, and more.

This week's NFTuesday was all about Art Gobblers. Okay, not all about it, but it's definitely the biggest story/project of the week. We also talked more about royalties since it keeps coming up, Lyle finally demoed the Blur platform, and we got into some updates from Crypto Coven and other projects.

After a quick update on the high-level market activity over the past week, we dove into the hotter topics of the week such as Reddit's NFTs, err we mean "digital collectibles", Apple's recent App Store updates, and the latest on projects such as R Planet, QQL, and Moonbirds.

This week, the royalties debate continued on with a big announcement from Magic Eden and the many takes from many pundits that followed. We also chatted about an NFT house, OpenSea's rarity ranking issue (maybe), Azuki news, the Splat project, and more.

We tackled another packed agenda this week. Royalties debate szn is back with DeGods' recent announcement of 0% royalties. Yuga Labs is getting probed by the SEC. We recapped the first session of UNIC's NFT and the Metaverse course. And we talked about some updates on existing projects like QQL, CloneX, and more.

NFT sales volumes are up with some new projects in the top 5 for the week. We dive into what's driving the numbers, as well as some new open-source builder tools, a new look for Art Blocks, Moonbirds DAO, a PFP project that predates CryptoPunks, and much more.

This week, Lyle and Rockwell dug deep into the nuance of the NFT creator royalties debate spurred on by the recent relaunch of Sudoswap which decided to not give creators an option to set royal percentages on sales. They also discussed the 8liens project, which chose not to set royalties at all and was one of the top traded projects of the week.
