This is a 30 Day Mental Toughness Challenge.
It kicks off with a webinar that introduces the core concepts behind cultivating mental toughness.
This challenge has three components to the daily challenge:
1. A physical routine that would require you to be consistent. It is not hard but we still need to do it.
2. Mental Component: This aspect includes journalling and solitude practices. Through introspection and reflection, you will find clarity of thought.
3. Positive Action: You will be challenged to push out something you create every day for 30 days. Thsi is where most people get stuck so we focusing on really helping you break this pattern.

The course will have weekly zoom calls plus sharing circles hosted by the community.
The first version of the 30 Day Challenge will have live calls. From version 2.0, you will get access to some pre-recorded content.
