Along the way, I made mistakes, felt pressure, and learned some lessons the hard way. What became clear to me over time was simple: work doesn’t reward effort alone. It rewards clarity, judgment, ownership, and trust.


I learned those through experience, not textbooks - by facing uncertainty, difficult conversations, and responsibility before I felt ready.
