Watch your life change in EIGHT MINUTES a day -  (ha! I love puns!)

Join me LIVE for 8 minutes, every Sunday -Thursday at 2:30pm Israel time (6:30am CST; 7:30am EST). 

~  Live Daily sessions will be on Zoom (confidential setting).  Cameras will be off and attendance is anonymous. 
~ Unless you type in the chat, no one will know that you’ve entered.  (No need to have that camera on or off debate with yourself). 
~ There will also be a recording available until the next day
~ The benefit of the live is that I'll be addressing one or two questions posted in the chat at the end of the 8 minutes.


The purpose of this community: Innate Minutes is here to help you to facilitate your own healing by bringing you into A NOW MOMENT. (Methods include Breathing, Meditation, Journal prompting, tapping and MORE!)

Being consistently present, with breath and focus, gives you the opportunity, to re-center yourself, to fuel self-acceptance, to release that which doesn't serve, and to reconnect with your innate self and with God.

You'll see profound changes when you join the daily live sessions.  

Sometimes, however, one needs a little help.  I want to help you pinpoint where you might be getting stuck and create practical ways to expose and then bring presence to those areas.  And that’s why I created weekly CHALLENGES.  This is
an incredible way to anchor yourself in "spiritually aligned action."  Challenges are completely optional.

These mini- challenges/intentions will help to expose your triggers and where you are frustrated.  It really gives you an incredible glimpse into where attention is needed and where you could benefit from presence, breathing and release. 

Pairing your spiritual journey with these challenges is an incredible way to achieve lasting success in a way that is well-rounded, holistic, and healing. 

Each challenge costs $8.  Enroll in one at a time or stack them (enroll in more than one a week.)  Each challenge gives you points and points add up to a free session with me!

Monthly Membership is $8 a month.   Join me on this journey and lets SHATTER SOME LIMITS!
