Designed specifically for educators, this science-backed meditation reset offers a simple, sustainable practice that fits into real teacher life. No extra prep. No overwhelm. Just 12 intentional minutes a day, five days a week.

This is a four-week, self-paced challenge you can begin anytime. Each week includes a guided meditation, supportive tips, optional journal prompts, and a weekly reflection- all designed to help you build familiarity, consistency, and calm. You’ll return to the same meditation throughout the week, allowing the practice to deepen naturally rather than feeling like something new to keep up with.


You’ll also have access to a dedicated space for reflection, questions, and connection with other educators moving through the challenge in their own timing. I’ll be present throughout, offering guidance, responding to questions, and supporting your experience as it unfolds.

Inspired by the research of neuroscientist Amishi Jha, this challenge is designed to retrain attention, calm the nervous system, and rebuild mental clarity- especially for minds that spend their days supporting others.


In addition to the self-paced experience, I host an optional monthly live Zoom session for participants who’d like real-time support, reflection, or gentle connection. These sessions are open to anyone currently in the challenge as well as those who have completed the challenge, regardless of where you are in the process. Recordings are always available for these calls.

This practice meets you wherever you are, whether you're on a school break, mid-semester, or in a season when you’re simply craving steadier ground.

How the Challenge Works

Self-Paced Weekly Practice (4 weeks)
This is a four-week experience you can begin anytime. Each week, you’ll receive a 12-minute guided meditation designed to support attention, regulation, and calm. You’ll return to the same meditation five times during the week, allowing the practice to deepen naturally without needing to keep up with something new each day.

Supportive Reflection Space
You’ll have access to a shared space for reflection, questions, and insight. You’re welcome to post brief reflections (1-2 sentences is plenty), ask questions, or simply read along. I’ll be present throughout- responding, offering guidance, and supporting your process. Engagement is always optional, and this space may be quiet at times depending on where people are in their process.

Weekly Guidance & Check-Ins
Each week includes:
• a short meditation tip to help the practice feel more easeful and sustainable
• a simple checkpoint reflection to help you notice shifts in attention, calm, and consistency

Both are designed to support awareness rather than performance.

Optional Live Monthly Zoom Support
In addition to the self-paced experience, I host an optional live Zoom session each month for participants who’d like real-time support, reflection, or gentle connection. These sessions are open to anyone in the challenge (past or present participants), regardless of where you are in the process. All sessions are recorded and available if you’re unable to attend live.

Optional Deepening Tools
If you’d like to go deeper, you’re welcome to:
• use the downloadable weekly journaling pages
• read or respond to another participant’s reflection
• revisit recorded live sessions for reassurance or integration

None of these are required. The practice is designed to meet you where you are.

Integration & Ongoing Use
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a repeatable meditation rhythm you can return to anytime, whether you're in the middle of the school year, on breaks, or simply feeling that your system needs steadier ground. Many participants revisit the practices multiple times as support rather than something to “complete.”
