Transform your overwhelmed teacher-brain into a calm, focused mind in just four weeks.
Designed specifically for educators, this science-backed meditation reset gives you a simple practice that fits into real teacher life- no extra prep, no overwhelm, just 12 intentional minutes a day, five days a week.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll join a supportive cohort of teachers all moving through the challenge together, guided by a professional meditation instructor and former classroom teacher (that’s me, Katie!).
I’ll be with you throughout the four weeks- leading every live call, guiding the first meditation together during our kickoff on December 28th at 9 am U.S. Pacific time (see Instructions section below), and providing a new recorded meditation each week for you to use on your own schedule. You’ll return to that week’s recording five times, building familiarity, consistency, and calm.
There will be 3 live sessions- a kickoff, a mid-challenge Q&A, and a wrap-up integration call. All sessions will be recorded and available for anyone who can’t attend in real time. I’ll also be in the feed offering support, answering questions, and cheering you on as you move through the experience.
Inspired by the work of neuroscientist Amishi Jha, this challenge helps retrain your attention, calm your nervous system, and rebuild the mental clarity you rarely get during the school year.
We begin over winter break, when your brain finally has space to breathe, so by the time school starts again, you’ll feel grounded, centered, and ready.
If you’re craving a calmer, clearer teacher-brain, this is your reset.
Join the live Kickoff Call on December 28th (9 am U.S. Pacific time) to start the challenge, meet your cohort, and complete your first meditation together. I’ll be leading the session and setting you up for a steady, supported 4-week reset.
*You will receive Zoom links via email the day before each call.
All live calls will be recorded and available if you can’t attend in real time.
• Watch the Weekly Meditation Tip videos for practical guidance to make your meditations feel easier, more natural, and more effective.
• Complete that week’s Checkpoint Reflection where you’ll check in on your progress, your attention, and your sense of calm.
• Read and cheer on another teacher’s reflection- community support makes the reset more powerful.
• Use the downloadable Weekly Journaling Page if you want a deeper self check-in.
• Join the mid-challenge live Zoom Q&A call, where I’ll answer questions and offer additional guidance.
Join the Live Wrap-Up Call to integrate your experience, celebrate your wins, and learn how to keep your new calm going into the school year. I’ll be facilitating the closing session and helping you apply everything you’ve gained.
