Weekly Check-ins: You’ll complete weekly check-ins, track your workouts, nutrition, and adjust your efforts accordingly. Must Submit current weight and picture on Checkpoints as instructed.


General Nutrition and Workout plan: You will get general public nutrition and workout suggestions to try for week 1 to 6 and week 7 to 12. You can also use your own nutrition and workout plan for this challenge.

Meet Coach Palden

Palden is certified ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. His passion and dedication for bodybuilding have had him following nutrition guidelines and training for the past 23 years. He has worked with clients from all over the world preparing for bodybuilding, fitness competitions and others physique transformations. His clients range from world-class weightlifters to personal trainers, to office workers, teachers, Students and etc. He has won 2017 Mr New Mexico and 2017 MID USA. He is here to challenge you to take your physique to next level in 12weeks.

  • Nutrition plan: You will get general public nutrition and workout suggestions to try for week 1 to 6 and week 7 to 12. You can also use your own nutrition and workout plan for this challenge
  • Price: Less than 60cents a day to transform your physique in 12 weeks
