Alright champs.
Here’s what you need
- weighing scale to measure your weight frequently
- kitchen weighing scale to measure raw ingredients
- Yoga mat and a pair of dumbells if you can’t go to the gym, a pull-up bar if possible.
- A fitness tracker that can track steps, sleep, rhr, and hrv if possible
If you follow my instructions, you can look forward to lose between 10-12kgs in the next 12 weeks. If you wish to gain muscles, you can expect to build 1kg of muscle.
This is a DIY, if you read and have any doubts, just post your query in fittr fb community or fittr app and an expert will help. You can also post your diet and training plans for review( I’ll teach you how to create them)
If you can’t do it by yourself, you can always enrol with a coach on fittr app.
