Frustrated yet?

By now you know that losing weight and gaining Weight can be frustrating. It’s not tough, it’s just frustrating and mind-numbingly simple. But it gets affected by things you’ve lost control of


Ability to move enough

Ability to drink enough

Ability to be in a state of deficit

And ability to sleep enough


It’s a boring process but it’s the only thing that works! You’ve to do the same thing over and ovef, much like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. There’s no magic solution, it all boils down to your habits.


In today’s world, habits = superpower

Being able to repeat the basics over and over = superpower!


By the time this challenge is over, roughly 50% people will give up because they wont be able to repeat the basics, they’re get distracted or bored and start looking for something exciting.


Tell me something how’s this any different from people who’re trying go get rich, or having a stable relationship? Fitness works in the same way! You gotta keep repeating the basic and master them.


Bruce Lee once said-


“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”


In case you were wondering, this is the challenge! Can you embrace the boredom, allow your mind to settle and repeat the basics for the next 12 weeks without getting distracted?


If yes, there’s something incredible waiting for you at the end of these 12 weeks! An extremely powerful realisation!


Results are just a byproduct!
