17th May update!

Am sure most of you guys who followed my last few posts, now understand how each and every small detail from number of steps to sleep to water intake affects your weight on the scale. In the last few days, if you’ve lost weight on any of the days, then calories is not your problem.


You’re at the the right calories, just have to fix the remaining. Sleep, hydration, steps and eliminate any bad habits.


Take a step, it’s not going to happen overnight but be mindful and try to improve your habits overtime.


Fitness isn’t a 3 month challenge, it’s a life long pursuit. Use this challenge as an opportunity to improve your habits. Everything adds up. There’s no magic food, there’s no magic workout, no magic supplement.


You don’t have to measure your weight everyday now. Measuring it weekly once is enough. Don’t forget to upload your week— videos!


If you’re new, pls pls do read the pinned post! Also we’ve upload workouts in the products page. Feel free to use them and do watch the informative videos when you get time. The more you learn about getting fit, the less you’ll get scammed by people.
