How’s everyone doing?

Are you still losing weight or have you started experiencing plateau in which case just increase your steps by 500, not more. You’d have become stronger by now so go ahead and add keep reps and add some more weight to your training routine. Progression is they key.


Can’t do anything about boredom though. Yes it’s boring, but so is brushing your teeth, taking a shower, going to work, cooking your meals, and pretty much everything we do everyday because we need to.


Embrace boring!
