Level 2 – Advanced: Certified Contract Management (Oil & Gas Infrastructure) is an intensive, five-week program for experienced oil & gas and major infrastructure professionals who already understand contract management fundamentals. The course builds advanced capability in managing contractual risk, administering EPC/EPCM contracts, and achieving better commercial outcomes on complex projects.

Across practical, scenario-led workshops, participants develop a structured approach to risk and claims—covering contractual risk identification and mapping, early warning and mitigation, and a full claims framework from notice to entitlement and substantiation. The program includes deep dives into building defensible cause-and-effect narratives, using records and contemporaneous documentation, quantifying time/cost/productivity impacts, and applying delay analysis techniques to support or evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) from both employer and contractor perspectives. The final week focuses on negotiation and commercial strategy, including rebuttals, counterclaims, settlement options, and risk-based decision-making, culminating in an advanced certification assessment.
