Gilad Shoham is an internationally trained bodywork practitioner, educator, and program designer with nearly 20 years of clinical and teaching experience in therapeutic bodywork and structural integration.

Gilad has built and rebuilt successful private practices across multiple countries, refining a deeply integrative approach that bridges osteopathic principles, Ayurvedic energetics, and modern biomechanical understanding. His clinical work draws from Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Unwinding, Biomechanical Restructuring, Reflexology, and a wide range of massage modalities, including Table Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Medical Massage.

Since completing his teacher training through the Life Energy Institute, Gilad has taught continuously since 2009. He has served as a faculty instructor at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (AZ), authored and taught a Craniosacral Therapy program at Five Branches University (CA), and developed and led Craniosacral Unwinding and Polarity Therapy certification programs in Israel, where he lived and taught for six years.

Gilad is the creator of Integrated Structural Bodywork, a system that listens to the body across layers of tissue, energy, and nervous system function. His work is grounded in the belief that the body holds memory, intelligence, and an innate capacity for healing when given the right conditions. By working skillfully with fascia, musculature, bones, cranial rhythms, and the emotional body, Gilad helps clients restore alignment, process stored stress and trauma, and return to a state of balance, ease, and embodied presence.

His clients seek him out for complex pain patterns, nervous system dysregulation, emotional holding, and long-standing conditions that require a practitioner who can listen deeply, work precisely, and integrate the whole system.
