I lost 110 lbs (50 kg) in 11 months, not through motivation, but through systems that made change inevitable. 

A year ago, I realised I couldn’t even run while holding my daughter.
It happened one morning in a packed London metro, panic, chaos, people rushing, and I just froze. My body couldn’t move the way it should. My heart knew exactly what that meant.

That moment split my life in two: before, and after.

In the eleven months that followed, I rebuilt everything.
I lost 110 pounds (50 kg), but the real weight was what I carried in silence, exhaustion, shame, and a life built on autopilot.

No diets. No detoxes. Just systems.
