A simple 5-minute practice to bring clarity, calm, and grounded presence into your day.

Most of us often feel scattered, reactive, or overwhelmed.
Even small moments of stress can pull us away from focus, presence, and clarity.

This 5-minute reset is a short, guided practice designed to help you:

  • move from reactivity to steadiness
  • feel more grounded and present
  • create space to notice yourself and your experience

How the Reset Works:

  1. Activation — Start with full inhalation and a brief breath hold to gently wake up awareness.
  2. Settling — Switch to a slower, longer exhale to signal safety and ease.
  3. Release — End with an empty-lung hold, letting the system land naturally.

There’s no need to force calm — just follow the rhythm, notice your body, and let the experience be what it is.

How to Use This Practice:

  • Do it once a day, or anytime you feel stress, overwhelm, or distraction
  • You can be sitting or lying down
  • Follow the audio guide — no need to remember steps
  • Let your experience be whatever it is

You might notice:

  • more calm
  • clearer focus
  • a stronger sense of presence
  • or simply feeling more “here”
