Do It Like Socrates was created from my need to share one of the tools that played a significant role in my personal development.

The questions in it are among the hundreds I asked myself to create my path towards Self-Knowledge, to discover my Truth, to reach my Ithaca.

The answers you will give to the questions you will read below are a matter of time before they lead you to your Truth, to your personal Ithaca.

I won’t give you any information about Socrates; you can find that in other books or, even more easily, on the internet. I will tell you something I experienced deeply.

Socrates taught that there is no single Truth. Every person has their own truth. And one way to find it is the questions you ask yourself. Socrates believed that all the answers are within us. However, to find the right answer, you must ask the right question. Quality, empowering questions lead you to quality, empowering answers.

As you will notice while reading this book, the questions are structured into thematic sections so that they connect with each other and form interconnected vessels.
