It strengthens the muscles and joints and prevents injuries.
This week we are focusing on neck & shoulders, so if you are working at the desk all day, this session is caterd for you!
It helps you in making mindful movements of body. These asana can be done by almost all age-group of people. It is give a nice gentle stretch to whole body and improves the functioning of internal organs.
There are yoga mats available if you don't have any.
