This challenge is designed for all levels, providing clear steps for beginners and advanced strategies for experienced [25-65].

• Do I need professional equipment
You need a good quality burst resistant stability ball. I recommend the gymnic plus. 65cm if you above 5ft4. Have a non slip mat, or soft carpet. Make sure there are no sharp objects on the floor and you have enough space to move around.

Your Height
55cm ball for 5ft3 and lower
65cm ball for 5ft4 and above
Make sure to inflate the ball till it is firm which should be 5-10cm below the height, sit and bounce on the ball for a few minutes and then inflate it till it is firm but has a bit of give. Do not go over the ball size.
Make sure you have a big enough space with no hard objects close by like furniture.
Have a non slip mat or soft carpeting.
Make sure there are no sharp objects on the floor as the ball will get damaged.
Don't keep the ball in direct heat or in the sun as it will get damaged
