Custom Welcome message (Emails) 🙋‍♂️


You can now create a customised welcome email to warmly welcome your new member. You can add images/links and format the texts.

Edit your welcome message by either:

1. Go to Get started -> Launch -> Customise your community welcome messa

2. Go to Settings -> Member access -> Welcome message





You will soon be able to do this for WhatsApp welcome messages.



Renewal failure notification in Members portal 🚨


When it comes to membership renewal, sometimes your members might face payment issues because they do not have sufficient balance in their cards, or their payment methods have not been updated.


To prevent this, we add a warning in the members portal one week before the subscription ends and remind members to update their payment methods.

If the payment fails after the cycle ends during the 7-day grace period, we show a more urgent warning for the user to resolve the issue before our system automatically retries.
