How the 6-Week Comeback Challenge Works


This isn’t a motivational course you watch and forget.

My name's Tim Guest. In 2020, I underwent neurosurgery that forced me to rebuild my life from the ground up. What followed wasn’t just a physical recovery — it was a battle with identity, low mood, unhealthy coping habits, and the slow drift that many men recognise but rarely talk about. The comeback didn’t happen overnight. It happened through clarity, structure, discipline, and consistency — step by step.


The framework you’ll follow in this challenge is the exact path I used to rebuild myself — refined, simplified, and shaped into a 6-week system for men who want to regain control. That same approach led me back to consistent training, completing an Ironman 70.3 and a full marathon in 2025.

You’ll break your goal into milestones and simple habits, using planning tools and a habit tracker so progress feels clear and manageable — even on busy days.


Week 5 – Routines That Win

Consistency becomes automatic.
You’ll design simple morning and evening routines that protect your focus, support your goal, and fit real life — not a perfect schedule.


Week 6 – Accountability & Gratitude

This is where it sticks.
You’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, build a simple accountability plan for the future, and use gratitude to reinforce confidence and momentum. You don’t just finish — you leave with a new baseline.
