📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Associate to support our event marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist in coordinating partner events and provide support throughout the event lifecycle, from planning to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Event Support
- Partner CoordinationAssist with communication and scheduling calls with partners.
- Ensure internal stakeholders (e.g., Riva + George) are included in all partner communications.
- Event PlanningHelp finalize event content, webinar titles, and dates in collaboration with partners.
- Create and send calendar invites.
- Draft event descriptions and assist with basic graphic design for event materials.
- Content PreparationGather partner metrics, speaker bios, and promotional content.
- Assist in creating presentation decks and lead magnets.
- Marketing Campaign AssistanceSet up events on platforms like Zoom, Luma, and LinkedIn.
- Draft promotional content for approval. (email, SMS, LinkedIn)
- Assist in managing email and SMS campaigns. (e.g., Boop)
- Support data scraping and list-building activities.
- Attendee EngagementSupport LinkedIn event invitations and follow-ups.
- Execute multi-channel reminder campaigns (1 week, 24 hours, day-of)
- Help execute multi-channel reminder campaigns to drive RSVPs.
- Aim to secure 100+ RSVPs per event
Event Execution
- Assist with the smooth operation of virtual event platforms.
- Support attendee engagement. real-time and inquiries.
- Facilitate lead magnet and free trial link distribution during events
Post-Event Activities
- Data ManagementHelp compile and organize RSVP and attendee data.
- Assist with segmenting attendees into targeted groups.
- Follow-up CampaignsSupport drafting and sending follow-up content.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in responding to inquiries.
- Lead NurturingCoordinate with the sales team for lead handoff and follow-up actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools:
- Virtual event platforms (Zoom, Luma).
- Social media (LinkedIn).
- Email marketing (Instantly, Apollo).
- Basic graphic design (Canva or similar tools).

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with:

Requirements:
